 + Unterstützung bei der Ausrichtung von Organisationen auf eine agile Kultur, Struktur und Prozesse sowie Förderung der Selbstorganisation von Teams
 + Beratung zu und Entwicklung von Organisationsstrukturen (z.B. crossfunktional, produktorientiert) sowie Etablierung von Rollenmodellen, Leitplanken und Tools für agiles Arbeiten
 + Konzeption und Moderation von Teamworkshops und Großgruppenformaten im Rahmen agiler Transformationsvorhaben
 + Coaching von Führungskräften im Rollenwechsel und Begleitung von Teams und Projekten bei der Einführung agiler Arbeitsweisen
 + Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops zu agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) und agiler Führung
 + Aufbau und Vernetzung agiler Communities, Organisation von Impulsvorträgen und Entwicklung von Formaten für Lernen und Innovation
