Full data center experience is not required, but candidates are expected to demonstrate strong learning ability, a hands-on approach to execution, good communication and coordination skills, and strong awareness of safety and compliance requirements., * Degree in electrical engineering, HVAC, automation, telecommunications, computer science, network engineering, low-voltage systems, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related fields. * 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, including data centers, telecom sites, network deployment, IT infrastructure, low-voltage systems, MEP engineering, industrial facilities, building systems, testing and commissioning, construction delivery, or on-site technical support. * Full data center experience is not required, but candidates are expected to demonstrate strong learning ability, a hands-on approach to execution, good communication and coordination skills, and strong awareness of safety and compliance requirements. * Basic understanding of project delivery workflows, with ability to support progress tracking, issue logging, documentation, meeting notes, and task follow-up. * Capable of on-site execution work, adaptable to field environments, and familiar with safety regulations, PPE requirements, construction site rules, and client procedures. * Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, equipment lists, construction documents, test records, or project documentation is a plus. * Strong communication skills, responsibility, execution capability, and teamwork mindset, able to work effectively in multi-stakeholder project environments. * Clear logical thinking, able to record issues, organize information, track progress, and escalate technical or process issues in a timely manner. * Able to adapt to overseas project rhythms, cross-border / cross-time-zone communication, and periods of high-intensity delivery work. * Fluent Chinese preferred;
