Eigene Ideen einbringen und eigene Cloud-Projekte umsetzen
Viel Kundenkontakt als direkte Unterstützung der IT-Abteilungen bei Einführung, Migration und Betrieb moderner Arbeitsplatzlösungen
Spannende Aufgaben im 2nd & 3rd Level Support
Unterstützung des Support- und Rechenzentrum-Teams, Microsoft 365 Umgebungen betreuen und weiterentwickeln
2nd & 3rd Level Support mit Schwerpunkt M365 & Cloud Services
Supportfälle direkt annehmen und lösen
Microsoft-365-Projekte planen, begleiten und umsetzen
Unsere Support- und Rechenzentrum-Teams unterstützen, * Administration von Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

 * Azure Active Directory / Entra ID sowie Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement
 * Endpoint Management (Intune, Autopilot)
 * Sicherheits- und Compliance-Funktionen innerhalb von Microsoft 365

Erfahrung mit:

 * Microsoft Azure
 * Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen
 * Migrationen (z. B. von On-Prem nach M365)
