 * Fachliche Führung von Kollegen der Softwareentwicklung sowie Förderung ihrer technischen Weiterentwicklung durch aktives Mentoring
 * Technischer Ansprechpartner bei komplexen Problemen
 * Durchführung von Pair-Programming-Sessions zur Wissensweitergabe und Qualitätssicherung
