* Administration und Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Business- Applikationen, bspw. Microsoft 365 und VMWare
 * Fachliche Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung von IT-Architekturen und IT-Kernprozessen
 * Softwaremanagement und Softwareinstallation sowie Übergabe von Softwareprojekten an den Fachbereich
 * Allgemeiner 2nd Level Support für interne Endkunden (Clientumgebung)IT-Produktevaluierung und IT-Auswahl
