## About the Role

* Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in SAP HCM, speziell in Personaladministration (PA), Entgeltabrechnung (PY-DE) und Personalzeitwirtschaft (PT) inklusive Folgeaktivitäten, Schemen & Zyklen
 * Beratungskompetenz in weiteren Modulen wie OM, PE, PKP, ESS/MSS und FITV
 * Interesse an bzw. Erfahrung mit Cloud-Themen wie SAP SuccessFactors und Employee Central Payroll
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ABAP-Entwicklungsmethoden
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
 * Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft bis ca. 20 % zur Betreuung der eigenen Kunden

## Description

Tasks & Responsibilities* Betreuung der SAP-HCM-Module in den Bereichen PA, PE, OM, PKP, SAP ESS, SAP MSS, FITV sowie der Schwerpunkte PY-DE und PT

 * Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Anwendungslandschaften der Kunden sowie Beratung im Umfeld der jeweils genutzten Module
 * Nach der Einarbeitung eigenständige Übernahme und Durchführung einzelner Teilprojekte bzw. Teilaufgaben
 * Kundenbetreuung remote bzw. im Home-Office und - bei Bedarf - vor Ort beim Kunden (max. ca. 20 % Reisetätigkeit)
