## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
 * Gute Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Interesse an aktuellen Technologien

## Description

Bei uns erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, ein kollegiales Team sowie die Möglichkeit, deine fachlichen Kenntnisse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und aktiv an der Optimierung unserer IT-Prozesse mitzuwirken., * Annahme, Analyse und Priorisierung eingehender Serviceanfragen sowie Bearbeitung im Ticketsystem

 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Wissensdatenbanken
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration der IT-Systemlandschaft und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Supportprozesse und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
 * Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei technischen Fragen und IT-Störungen im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Rücknahme von Benutzerkonten und IT-Arbeitsplätzen im Rahmen des On- und Offboardings
