Preferred * Experience in insurance, membership, or financial services, ideally with Guidewire and Genesys integrations to Salesforce. * Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc. * Experience with Salesforce Voice/telephony integrations and Scheduler (field/service or member appointment scheduling). * Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and tools for version control and CI/CD in Salesforce environments. ## Description We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. You will drive integrations, best practices, and technical strategy to support AAA's business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
