· Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive visibility and engagement

 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 * Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
 * Previous experience in reception or office administration is a plus.

## Description

* Development and coordination of Brokerage Social Media accounts
 * Greet clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
 * Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
 * Assist agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation and scheduling.
 * Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
 * Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
 * Support basic office operations to ensure a seamless workflow.
