## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (foreign degree accepted).
 * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in computer programming or development.
 * Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

## Description

* Configure Workday business processes, report writing, and system development changes.
 * Provide direct HRIS/Workday support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams.
 * Implement new system configurations to align with legal and business requirements.
 * Modify and maintain existing business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations.
 * Perform testing and troubleshooting of system changes and optimizations, including:
 + Parallel testing.
 + Regression testing.
 + End-to-End testing.
 + User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
 * Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
