Experience with AI technologies or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI solutions is highly desirable., * "Full-Stack" Mindset: from debugging a CSS alignment issue to a timeout in a Python based Lambda, to scaling via code, and server-side logic and database. * AI Curiosity and Capability: Aware of latest models and able to swap models in and out of an architecture. * Security First: You know how to use AWS IAM and Guardrails to stay secure. Skills That Will Help You Succeed * Asynchronous Processing: Handle long-running AI tasks without making the user stare at a loading spinner for 30 seconds. * DevSecOps and Cost Management: Deployment and when to use a small, cheaper model versus an expensive one.
