## About the Role

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 1-3 years of IT or networking experience (internships count)
 * Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
 * Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and Microsoft 365
 * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus
 * Knowledge of ERP environments (Infor or VitalEdge) preferred
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

## Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Administrator to support the daily operations, maintenance, and security of our network infrastructure. This role works closely with senior IT staff to ensure reliable connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments while supporting business applications, including ERP systems such as Infor or VitalEdge., * Assist in monitoring, configuring and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN and firewall systems

 * Support user account management (Active Directory, email, VPN access)
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues
 * Help maintain switches, routers, access points, and related equipment
 * Support network security initiatives, patching, and vulnerability remediation
 * Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
 * Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to end users
 * Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
