This role is accountable for all aspects of technology management, including but not limited to platform ownership, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, upgrades, integrations, data flow support, release governance, testing, production support, and ongoing optimization., * Must be willing to travel to come onsite to various locations within Indiana for occasional leadership meetings. * Lead the strategy, management, and operational support of enterprise systems including Workday (ERP), ServiceNow (Service Management), UiPath (RPA), and other assigned business or app platforms. * Establish and maintain platform roadmaps, lifecycle plans, support models, governance processes, and operational standards for assigned systems.
