## Description

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We're seeking a Customer Care Technical Support Representative to join our team supporting patients using innovative cardiac monitoring technology. This is a fully onsite position in Pleasanton, CA, where you'll provide exceptional customer support while assisting patients with equipment troubleshooting and replacement orders.

What You'll Do:

 * Answer inbound and outbound patient support calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
 * Assist patients with technical troubleshooting and replacement equipment orders.
 * Accurately document calls and enter data using company systems and processes.
 * Protect patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
 * Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
 * Collaborate with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure excellent patient support.
 * Provide professional, empathetic customer service with every interaction.
 * Complete required training and phone mentoring to build technical knowledge.
