Ability to leverage these partnerships for co-selling opportunities, market expansion, and developing joint go-to-market strategies. * Ability to analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to define compelling value propositions. Must be able to translate technical cloud capabilities into business solutions that resonate with C-level executives. * Deep understanding of the MSP business model, including 24/7 service delivery frameworks, ITIL alignment, and SLA/OLA management. Must have experience bridging the gap between sales promises and operational delivery capabilities. * Experience leading operational excellence initiatives to improve margins and service velocity. This includes identifying inefficiencies in delivery workflows and implementing automation or process re-engineering to optimize resource utilization. * Demonstrated success managing a significant P&L (Profit & Loss) statement for a business unit or division.
