Preferred Qualifications * Experience working for an MSP or in a multi-site IT support environment. * Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or office environments. * Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration. * Experience with network cabling, patch panels, IDF/MDF rooms, and basic physical network troubleshooting. * Experience coordinating onsite IT projects or working with vendors during facility buildouts. * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco, Microsoft, or Meraki certifications are a plus. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can walk into a facility, assess an issue, and take ownership of getting it resolved. They should be comfortable working independently onsite while collaborating with a remote MSP team for escalation and project support. This person should be reliable, professional, organized, and capable of serving as the trusted IT contact for a new warehouse and office space. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Technician to join our team and support one of our client facilities directly. This individual will be an employee of our MSP and will serve as the lead onsite IT technician for a new warehouse and office space. The ideal candidate has strong IT help desk experience, basic networking knowledge, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki environments, and the ability to work independently while supporting day-to-day technical needs and onsite IT projects. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable being the primary IT presence at a client site, can troubleshoot issues from start to finish, and can communicate clearly with both end users and remote IT teams. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary onsite IT technician for a warehouse and office facility. * Provide hands-on help desk support for end users, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conference room equipment, and general office technology. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. * Support user onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup, account coordination, device deployment, and access-related tasks. * Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including switches, wireless access points, cabling, VLANs, DHCP/DNS-related issues, and connectivity problems. * Support and maintain Cisco Meraki network equipment, including access points, switches, and security appliances. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate remote engineering or escalation teams while maintaining ownership and communication with the client. * Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues. * Help manage onsite IT projects, including hardware deployments, office buildouts, network changes, workstation rollouts, and facility technology upgrades. * Maintain accurate documentation for equipment, network layouts, troubleshooting steps, and project updates. * Ensure the facility's IT environment remains organized, secure, and operational. * Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism when working with client employees and leadership., This is an onsite role based at a client facility.
