 * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and effectively with product and engineering teams., * Experience designing complex systems or enterprise applications.
 * Experience with customer experience (CX) initiatives and service design.
 * Proven ability to create personas, journey maps, and customer experience artifacts.
 * Experience working in Agile product development environments., * A UX portfolio link (and password, if applicable) must be included on the resume.
 * Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to ask thoughtful, insightful questions during the design process.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer III to join a collaborative product team focused on delivering intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role will partner closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality interfaces that align customer needs with business objectives., * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.

 * Design user-centered digital experiences, workflows, and interfaces for complex applications and systems.
 * Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications using Figma and other design tools.
 * Apply customer research, usability principles, and industry best practices to drive design decisions.
 * Develop UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, and user flows.
 * Participate in design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and feedback sessions.
 * Advocate for user experience principles and ensure consistency across products and platforms.
 * Work effectively within project timelines, technical constraints, and business objectives.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end customer experience initiatives.
