* High EQ with demonstrated experience guiding stakeholders in decision making and written and oral communications
 * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
 * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, * Bachelor's degree in business, economics, communication or related field
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or similar role
 * 1- 2 years of experience retaining clients and growing account value through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
 * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project management software
 * Experience working with credit unions and/or the financial services industry
 * Background in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
