We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team developing and supporting our Air Traffic Control Systems worldwide. We develop safety-of-life air traffic management systems for multi-national customers used for controlling and monitoring civil and military aviation traffic. What YOU will do: * Develop and maintain software for avionics systems, focusing on high-quality, safety-critical solutions. * Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues within a large, legacy code base while demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement software solutions that meet program requirements and customer expectations. * Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and maintenance. * Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, including the creation and management of pipelines, automation, and orchestration tooling. * Work with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and manage deployment using tools like Helm charts. * Utilize messaging frameworks such as ZeroMQ or RabbitMQ to support system communication requirements. * Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and story pointing. * Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to team processes and standards to ensure software maturity and compliance.
