This individual will collaborate closely with government stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and technical teams to implement innovative solutions supporting ARL's digital modernization initiatives., Design, develop, configure, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions. Lead technical implementation efforts for Project MOSS within the ARL DBO environment. Design scalable ServiceNow architectures that align with government requirements and platform best practices. Develop advanced functionality using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs. Lead development of custom ServiceNow applications utilizing App Engine Studio and low-code capabilities. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
