Salary Range: A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications. ## Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to design, create, test, and deploy AI/ML algorithms addressing complex business challenges. In this role, you'll develop AI/ML models that can learn and make predictions according to customer-defined business logic. You'll oversee all aspects of model architecture, data pipeline interaction, and metrics interpretation and presentation. This position involves ensuring optimal model performance through iterative feedback, monitoring, and improvement. You'll also collaborate across diverse, often geographically spread teams, serving as the main POC for AI-related initiatives and guiding scalable, high-performing solutions.
