## About the Role

Experience & Skills

 * 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 * Experience working with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and large datasets.
 * Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
 * Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

This position is located within an ITAR-regulated facility. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.

## Description

* Provide administrative and clerical support to the Plant Manager and department staff.
 * Manage calendars, appointments, messages, and other administrative communications.
 * Maintain, organize, and update master spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Create weekly and monthly management reports using advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
 * Clean, validate, and standardize data by removing duplicates, correcting formatting, and organizing datasets.
 * Research, compile, proofread, and prepare documents and reports.
 * Support various functional departments as needed while ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
