The Operations Team is responsible for the daily operations, troubleshooting and maintenance Monday through Friday 0600 to 1800 EST/ED. In addition, the Operations Team provides incident response and scheduled upgrades during non-core business hours as required and in an on-call rotation. The candidate shall have experience in development and maintenance of system architectures, project management of on-premises, virtual and/or cloud hosted systems, and the ability to define and manage an IT operation and maintenance program while supervising engineers and administrators in an Agile environment. The candidate needs to be well versed in Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations., * Ability to provide infrastructure and application management to facilitate the operations of IT systems and applications, while leading a team to maintain high levels of system confidentiality, integrity, and availability. * Ability to work in an Agile environment supporting scrum masters, developers, system owners, and other key stakeholders * Ability to assess near-term and future business priorities; consults with program personnel, management, and customers to develop alternative solutions; advises on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impacts on other business capabilities, processes, and priorities * Ability to create business capability definitions, models, assessments (e.g., value vs. maturity) and business capability roadmaps to support system architectures and system roadmaps.
