## Description

We are seeking an Internet Banking Specialist to support our Digital Banking platform and provide

exceptional service to customers using our online and mobile banking services.

This position serves as the primary contact for online banking support, assisting customers with

online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, mobile deposit, and other digital banking services. The

ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building lasting customer

relationships while ensuring the security of customer accounts.

Essential Responsibilities

 - Provide friendly, professional support to customers using the bank's Digital Banking platform.

 - Assist customers with online and mobile banking enrollment, password resets, multi-factor

authentication, and account access.

 - Troubleshoot issues related to online banking, mobile banking, mobile check deposit, bill pay,

eStatements, account alerts, debit card controls, and transfers.

 - Process electronic banking service requests accurately and efficiently.

 - Educate customers on the features, benefits, and security of the bank's online banking products.

 - Assist customers in adopting new technology while delivering personalized service.

 - Monitor electronic banking activity and assist with identifying potential fraud.

 - Escalate technical issues to internal departments when necessary.

 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

 - Assist with testing new Digital Banking enhancements and system updates.

 - Work collaboratively with branch staff and other departments.

 - Perform other Electronic Banking duties as assigned.
