Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities * Functional understanding, demonstration, and application of business accounting principles. * Ability to be self-driven to enhance/update existing skills as well as new company tools and initiatives. * Ability to create and maintain documentation for business reporting, meetings, and initiatives. * Executive-facing written and verbal communication skills. * Expert user of Microsoft Office products as well as internal tools. * Responsibility for reports or presentations requiring demonstration and application of business accounting principles. ## Description This role is responsible for the execution of specialized tasks that support the functional operations of the Pro Services group. As a member of the Pro Services Operations team, the Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of administrative processes and procedures of the business including processing vendor invoices, billing customers, managing data, communicating with retailers and the vendor community, creating reports, contract retention, and financial responsibilities.
