## About the Role

* Previous experience in project coordination or as an administrative assistant.
 * Experience with FTTH projects or general construction preferred.
 * Technical Skills:
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
 * Familiarity with Airtable or similar project-tracking tools.
 * Familiarity with AZ811/811 locate processes, including submitting design tickets, is a major plus.
 * Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
 * Organizational Skills:
 * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
 * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
 * Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills for addressing customer concerns and coordinating with teams.
 * Comfortable interacting directly with customers and external partners.

## Description

* Bluestake/811 Management: Submit new Bluestake (AZ811) design tickets and locate/file requests, and track progress.
 * Utility Map Filing: Collect utility maps received from utilities and organize them in Google Drive.
 * Permitting & Municipal Coordination: Request, submit, and track Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) with each city for new sites; retrieve permit documents and upload them to Google Drive and Airtable.
 * Line Strikes: Log line strikes in Airtable and complete the Gigapower form for each strike.
 * Project Documentation & Tracking:
 * Maintain the project schedule in Airtable, updating milestone completion dates and adjusting timelines based on field progress and PM direction.
 * Upload plans and permits for active projects to Airtable and the shared drive.
 * Prepare redlines and submit closeout packages at each milestone.
 * Customer Updates & PM Support: Provide customer-facing project updates and status communications; cover for the Project Manager when unavailable, keeping projects and stakeholders moving forward.
