Achieve your potential with ArborWorks!, * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred * 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance support, parts management, automotive, or heavy equipment environment * Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, maintenance processes, or fleet operations * Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience with fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio, RTA, Samsara, or similar) * Knowledge of DOT compliance and fleet regulations * Automotive or diesel parts certification * Experience supporting a medium to large fleet (50+ vehicles) Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to work in a shop or warehouse environment * Occasional travel between fleet locations may be required Work Environment * Combination of office, shop, and warehouse settings * May require flexible hours based on fleet operational needs All employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory passing of applicable drug screening and background checks ## Description The Fleet Support is responsible for supporting fleet operations by managing parts inventory, coordinating procurement, and providing administrative and technical support to maintenance and operations teams.
