Software Engineer Responsibilities:

 * Write clean, self-documenting code with guidance
 * Participate in peer reviews and address comments
 * Continuously learn and improve technical skills on the job
 * Communicate and collaborate with peers, partners, and leaders
 * Generate innovative ideas and provide process improvement suggestions
