## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior CAD Administrator / CAD Technology Lead with extensive AutoCAD administration, customization, and enterprise support experience to support large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 7+ years of advanced AutoCAD experience
 * 3-5+ years of CAD Administration or CAD leadership experience
 * Strong experience with AutoCAD configuration, customization, and standards development
 * Experience supporting enterprise CAD environments
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

## Description

* Lead CAD strategy, standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Administer and support enterprise AutoCAD environments
 * Manage software deployments, licensing, upgrades, and cloud integrations
 * Develop and maintain CAD standards, templates, and libraries
 * Create customizations and automation solutions using scripting and APIs
 * Support CAD data management, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
 * Provide advanced troubleshooting, user support, training, and mentorship
 * Collaborate with engineering, design, IT, and project teams

Preferred Experience:

 * Autodesk products: Civil 3D, Revit, MEP, Inventor, Navisworks
 * Programming/scripting: AutoLISP, VBA, .NET, Python
 * Experience with Autodesk Vault, ACC/Forma, PLM, BIM, or Digital Twin environments
 * Experience leading CAD/BIM teams or enterprise standardization initiatives
