## Description

The IT Assistant provides frontline technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop environments, ensuring reliable systems, secure access, and a positive user experience., * Provide walk-up and ticket-based IT support to employees, contractors, and consultants

 * Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

 * Troubleshoot email, collaboration, and cloud storage issues

 * Support user onboarding, account provisioning, password resets, and MFA setup

 * Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows PCs

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

 * Support printers, network devices, and IoT equipment

 * Create user guides and deliver training for Microsoft 365 tools

 * Maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting processes

 * Implement and monitor security controls such as DLP, conditional access, and MFA

 * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
