Preferred: * Experience designing for long-term care services, Medicaid programs, or aging and disability populations. * Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1+ and inclusive design practices. * Strong understanding of compliance considerations including HIPAA or similar data privacy regulations. * Experience working with cross-functional agile teams. * Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. ## Description We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to serve as a User Experience Design Consultant supporting a long-term care services program. This role focuses on improving digital and service experiences for clients, caregivers, and stakeholders through human-centered design, customer experience strategy, and data-informed decision-making. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to design accessible, compliant, and user-friendly solutions within a highly regulated environment.
