You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions that ensure seamless integration with internal systems and third-party platforms, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements., * Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions supporting billing, enrollment, and CRM integration processes. * Work on secure payment applications and PCI-compliant solutions, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance. * Participate in system integration efforts with internal platforms and third-party tools to streamline enrollment and billing workflows. * Contribute to the analysis and documentation of complex business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development and documentation. * Assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and on-call support for applications related to enrollment and billing. * Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to web, backend, and secure payment development. * Ensure all work aligns with Humana Military's technology and compliance standards., Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
