## About the Role

* Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)
 * 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
 * Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, including:
 * Data modeling (star schema, relationships, cardinality)
 * Dashboard and report development
 * DAX measures and calculations
 * Power Query and Dataflows
 * Experience with Power Automate
 * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel

Desired Skills

 * Strong presentation skills with experience briefing executive leadership
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
 * Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
 * Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve technical challenges, and learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology and application development)
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
 * Experience supporting multiple business functions or cross-functional teams
