Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture manufacturing and supply chain data, improve operational visibility, and enable data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Responsibilities * Design robust AVEVA PI Historian architectures to ensure reliable collection, storage, and retrieval of high-volume operational data from manufacturing systems. * Configure data interfaces and connectors to integrate plant floor equipment, enterprise applications, and supply chain systems for seamless data flow. * Develop and maintain data models, tags, calculations, and asset frameworks to support monitoring, reporting, and analytics. * Optimize data collection strategies by tuning sampling rates, compression, and exception settings to balance performance and accuracy. * Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes to improve data quality for downstream applications. * Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to translate business requirements into PI configurations, dashboards, and alerts. * Build visualizations and reports using AVEVA PI tools or connected analytics platforms for performance tracking and decision support. * Work with IT and OT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of PI Historian in hybrid environments. * Document solution design, standards, and operational procedures for consistent deployment across sites. * Troubleshoot data flow issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects, and implement long-term fixes. * Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in historian configuration and data governance. * Drive continuous improvement by analyzing historian data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities. * Support business goals by enabling data-driven decisions that improve safety, product quality, and environmental performance. ## Related Videos - [JavaScript?
