## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with:

 * Java (Core & Advanced)
 * Spring Boot / Microservices
 * Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streams, schema registry)
 * Practical experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, API Gateway, etc.)
 * Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
 * Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
 * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Terraform or other IaC experience.
 * Experience with reactive programming frameworks (e.g., Reactor, RxJava).
 * Exposure to GoLang for backend services.
 * Experience with UI development using ReactJS or similar frameworks.
 * Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)., * Strong sense of ownership and self-driven problem-solving mindset.
 * Ability to articulate technical contributions clearly and confidently.
 * Eagerness to learn how things work under the hood and continuously improve.
 * Ability to handle competing priorities and collaborate proactively with stakeholders.
 * Interest in evaluating multiple design approaches using metrics, testing, and technical reasoning., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
