## About the Role

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, We are looking for a motivated IT Support Technician with at least 2 years of helpdesk or technical support experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with users, and learning real-world IT operations in a manufacturing and business environment., * 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience

 * Experience using a ticketing system
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Understanding of:
 * Windows 10/11
 * Microsoft 365
 * Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switches)
 * Printers and endpoint support
 * Ability to work independently and stay organized
 * Reliable transportation

Nice to Have

 * Microsoft Intune or Entra ID experience
 * Manufacturing environment experience
 * Basic server or Active Directory knowledge
 * Experience with remote support tools
 * Networking or cabling experience

## Description

You will work directly with end users, tickets, workstation deployments, Microsoft 365 environments, and day-to-day support operations while learning from senior technicians and growing into larger responsibilities., * Provide Level 1 and basic Level 2 IT support

 * Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and user issues
 * Handle tickets and document work clearly
 * Set up and deploy workstations and peripherals
 * Support Microsoft 365 users and basic administration
 * Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding users
 * Work with inventory, imaging, and device setup
 * Escalate larger issues appropriately
 * Maintain professionalism with end users and clients
