The role partners with business users, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data flowing through Salesforce is reliable, well-structured, and ready to support reporting and decision-making. While Salesforce serves as a central reference platform, a significant portion of the work involves backend internal systems that interface with Salesforce. The analyst is expected to support both recurring operational cycles and ad hoc requests, with a strong focus on data quality, normalization, and trend analysis.
