Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in inventory management, cycle counts, or warehouse audits. * Hands-on experience with Biotrack, METRC, or other seed-to-sale tracking systems. * Background in cannabis, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry. * Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic data tools. * Experience with shipping, receiving, or fulfillment operations. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory background check results. ## Description Rodeo Cannabis Co. is a vertically integrated cannabis company with cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensary operations in Connecticut. We are hiring an Inventory Technician at our Sterling, CT facility. The Inventory Technician plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, real-time inventory records across the facility and ensuring full compliance with Connecticut's seed-to-sale tracking requirements.
