U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience * Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems * Experience working with cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions * Experience supporting cost proposals and/or gate packages Qualifications We Prefer * International program execution experience (Direct Commercial Sales experience is a plus) * Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources * Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval * Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management * Program Management Certified Level 6 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months ## Description Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator (PI) in support of the Netherlands Patriot Program Area. This program office role is a part of the Global Patriot, Europe and Asia Programs area. In this position you will be a key member of the program leadership team in managing overall program execution of the recently awarded $1.2B Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) Netherlands Patriot Replenishment contract, in addition to leading proposals and supporting the capture activity for new scope. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the customer for various topics to include but not limited to Technical Interchange Meetings, Executive Program Reviews, customer working groups, hardware and services acceptance events, meetings with key industrial partners, customer working groups and business growth discussions. In addition, you will be supporting future business growth initiatives by leading FMS and DCS proposal captures in support of the Netherlands Patriot portfolio.
