Top-Secret preferred * Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or Disciplined Agile Scrum Master) * Hands-on experience working within Scrum or Kanban environments, including configuring and managing Jira boards, creating user stories and epics, and supporting sprint execution * Practical experience with Jira, including writing JQL filters, building Kanban/Scrum boards, and supporting team-level Agile workflows * Familiarity with SAFe framework methodologies and ceremonies * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate both independently and within a team environment * Effective communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders * Ability to support a hybrid work environment with reliable connectivity for remote collaboration * Prior military experience or work with the Department of War (DOW) is a plus ## Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a major U.S. Air Force digital engineering engagement. You will be responsible for implementing best practices across teams operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will work closely with Team Leads, Stakeholders, and Agile leadership to reinforce established structure, maintain team meeting cadence, and drive continuous improvement. This position operates within a highly collaborative, multi-team environment where coordination, transparency, and adaptability are essential. Your ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team workflows, and support cross-team alignment will directly impact lasting cultural change, indirectly supporting national defense priorities.
