The PSS will respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining the utmost quality of professionalism and helpfulness. The PSS will coordinate with multiple departments through each stage of manufacturing including but limited to, preparing all internal paperwork that each department relies on for accuracy in the full production process., Communicate clearly and effectively within the team to meet the goals of the company Respond to customer inquiries and orders via email or phone Communicate with customers in a helpful manner while gathering the information needed to complete the customer's order Complete internal paperwork required to advance the customer's order through production Complete projects assigned by the owner Coordinate with multiple department heads for the accurate and timely print of a customer order Always taking the initiative to ensure the culture and values of First Tape and Label are reached Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping Computers and printing equipment clean and in good repair Other duties as assigned Important: "Please ensure that all candidates applying for this role provide a valid phone number for direct contact so we can move forward with the application process and ensure all work history is fully updated and accurate; without this information, your resume may be rejected from consideration."
