This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the performance, security, and scalability of the company's internal IT environment while supporting employees across the U.S., LATAM, and India. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution. You'll lead internal IT operations, mentor an early-career support team, improve processes, and ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment as the organization continues to grow.
