This role requires advanced technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive improvements in Martech systems., * Independently design, build, and maintain features within our customer-facing web application, taking ownership from spec through deployment * Architect and implement data integrations connecting our digital properties to marketing, analytics, and personalization platforms * Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions across the customer journey * Lead and contribute to tag management, data layer architecture, and data collection workflows that power marketing and personalization strategies * Lead and contribute to code reviews, drive technical discussions in sprint planning, and help raise the quality bar across the team * Write clean, performant, and well-tested code; champion best practices and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence, While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
