Physical Requirements: * Majority of work is performed in an office setting with prolonged periods of sitting and computer usage. * Requires visual acuity to review system data, troubleshoot issues, and analyze reports and documentation. * Occasional travel (20%) for training, implementation support, or business meetings may be required. ## Description Job Summary: The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of assigned business software systems with a strong focus on data implementation, system configuration, and end-user support. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure accurate data migration, system functionality, issue resolution, and user adoption.
