JOB SKILLS * Firewall administration * Cybersecurity best practices * Backup and disaster recovery solutions * ERP systems * Manufacturing systems integration * Power BI * Endpoint management * Mobile device management * Cloud computing ## Description The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, daily operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business systems supporting Madison-Kipp Corporation's manufacturing operations. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across all facilities while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, finance, quality, maintenance, and human resources to improve operational performance. The IT Manager develops and executes technology initiatives that enhance productivity, protect company assets, improve data integrity, and support business growth through effective use of enterprise technologies.
