## About the Role

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in on-premises IT administration and end-user support
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration as Administrator (Entra ID, SharePoint, Purview, Intune, Exchange Online)
 * Solid LAN networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
 * Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a changing environment
 * Familiarity with some of the following equipment/tools/systems: NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, Datto, Fortigate, Ubiquiti

## Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide technical support, maintain, and secure on-premises infrastructure, and support Microsoft cloud services. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; manage Windows Server and virtualization environments; deploy and manage network security appliances; and document system architecture and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities

 * Provide support to internal users via phone, email and in person for hardware, network and software issues
 * Monitor, troubleshoot and manage M365 Environment
 * Deploy, configure and manage network.
 * Implement and maintain server and endpoint protection.
 * Produce and maintain clear documentation for systems architecture, configuration and policies.
 * Coordinate with third-party vendors and SAAS software providers
