This role involves balancing high-level department initiatives with the hands-on support needed to keep our operations running smoothly. This position is designed with a clear advancement track toward an IT Manager role as the department expands and we bring on additional support staff in the future., Leadership and Strategy * Supervise the IT Department and coordinate all initiatives and operations. * Present required IT projects and progress reports to management. * Prepare the facility for the implementation of automation initiatives. * Monitor company compliance and manage all security certificates. Systems and Network Administration * Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, system software, and configurations. * Perform critical data backups and lead disaster recovery operations. * Operate master consoles to monitor system performance and coordinate network access. * Manage the company phone system and ensure network connectivity for all workstations. Team Support and the Triton Way * Respond to support requests via email, phone, or in person with a helpful attitude. * Provide patient guidance when troubleshooting hardware, software, or printer issues. * Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions based on specific roles. * Educate team members on safe cyber practices and identify potential phishing attempts.
