In this role, you will provide technical support to service agents and customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, griddles, charbroilers, ranges, refrigeration units, and more. You will play a key role in helping resolve equipment issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers. This position is ideal for experienced commercial kitchen equipment technicians looking to transition into a remote, support-focused role while leveraging their hands-on expertise.
