 * Have obtained or working towards Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technical field.
 * At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT /IS
 * Microsoft operating systems and software support
 * User and group administration and Active Directory experience
 * Firewall and Network Security best practices
 * Office 365 and Exchange Administration experience
 * Hyper-V and/or VSphere/ ESXi experience, * IT Support: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Provide exceptional support to telephone, in-person and online end-users.
 * Install, configure and support various types of hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals and printers.
 * Install and configure software packages and provide first line support of those packages.
 * Document processes and maintain accurate IT records.
 * Receive and respond to users requests for software support and hardware support.
 * Maintain, install and support server systems. These include physical and virtualized systems.
 * Maintain, install and support network infrastructure including network switches and firewall devices.
