## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, C#, Java, Python, or similar
 * Understanding of databases and data structures
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
 * Internship, project, or coursework experience in programming, data analysis, or systems support is a plus, * Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing environments
 * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
 * Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports
 * Knowledge of business process improvement concepts

What You'll Do

 * Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of business applications and reports
 * Support ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain systems
 * Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
 * Troubleshoot software, data, and system issues
 * Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards
 * Work with end users to gather requirements and provide technical support
 * Document system processes, workflows, and technical solutions
 * Participate in software implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
 * Help maintain data integrity across multiple business systems
